Are you an expecting or postpartum parent or caregiver in Bates, Vernon, Barton, or Cedar County looking for a supportive, judgment-free space where others truly understand what you're experiencing? Are you a perinatal provider seeking trusted social support resources to share with families?
We’re excited to offer a free, welcoming resource for pregnant and postpartum families in our rural Missouri communities. Our groups provide connection, encouragement, and a place to share real experiences with others navigating pregnancy, breastfeeding, and early parenting.

​The group will include mental health support, as well as physical supports, like food, diapers and childcare. Register or ask questions using the form below!

Most groups are virtual, and two will be in person. In person groups will be held at Osage Prairie YMCA (500 W. Highland Ave, Nevada, MO 64772)
